West Devon Homes Ltd holds such data securely.

If required it may disclose information to third parties on a strictly need to know basis or as required by law; for example to third parties who are involved in the provision or planning of support services in order to improve services to tenants; to other organisations with whom West Devon have data sharing arrangements for the prevention of crime; or to the Tenant Services Authority for equality monitoring purposes.

You have a right to access the personal data held about you by West Devon Homes Ltd by applying in writing to the Director of Resources at West Devon Homes Ltd and upon payment of a £10 fee.
