Important: Winter Holiday Notice

We hope that the winter holiday period is trouble-free for you, but in the event you do face an emergency maintenance situation let us reassure you that our emergency out-of-hours service will be available for tenants to use, at any time of day, from the 24th of December to the 3rd of January. We would like to remind tenants that this service should only be used to request emergency repairs. Our hotline repairs service will be available as normal from 9:00 on the 3rd of January 2012.

Please note: Any repairs reported online between 24th of December and 3rd of January will not be raised to our contractor until the office re-opens on 3rd January.

 

Reporting Repairs

In order to keep your home in good condition, we provide a repair service and an emergency out of hours service. A dedicated contractor maintenance team provides this service on our behalf for each area that we operate in.

For Emergency Repairs please contact the Repairs Hotline immediately on 01822 813205 (during normal office hours) or for out of hours emergencies please call 01822 813204. DO NOT use the online repair reporting facility for emergency repairs.

All repairs are carried out by approved contractors. We continuously monitor them to ensure they provide a prompt, high quality and value for money service.

The categories of repairs and response times are as follows:

Priority O

Emergency
(Out of Hours)

To be commenced immediately and no later than 2 hours and completed or made safe within 24 hours
(outside WDH normal working hours)

Priority E

Emergency

To be commenced immediately and no later than 2 hours and made safe or completed, where practical, within 24 hours (within WDH normal working hours)

Priority A

Urgent

To be commenced and completed within 7 calendar days

Priority J

Routine

To be commenced and completed within 14 calendar days

Priority B

Routine

To be commenced and completed within 28 calendar days

Priority Z

Routine

To be commenced and completed within 28 calendar days (following and including WDH time taken to complete pre-inspection)
